It's time to administer a cognitive impairment test to this guy, too
/Cloth masks — yeah, that’s the ticket
July 15, 2020: "If we all wore face coverings for the next four, six, eight, 12 weeks across the nation, this virus transmission would stop”. Dr. Robert Redfield, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Fauci finds it “inexplicable” that people refuse to wear face masks.
During the talk, Fauci, who is President Biden's chief medical adviser and the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, expressed concern about Americans' aversion to both forced masking and receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. He characterized individuals' concerns with such policies as "inexplicable."
"When you tell people they need to mask in an indoor congregate setting when you're in a zone that has a high dynamic of infection — that is looked upon by a lot of people, not everybody, as an encroachment on your freedom," Fauci remarked during the event hosted by the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center campus in Seattle.
He continued: "We have 67% of our population vaccinated. Of those, one half are boosted. That means a third of the people in the country are vaccinated and properly boosted. How could that possibly be when you have a disease that's killed one million Americans and you have a hesitancy to use a life-saving intervention, which is a vaccine and a booster?
"It seems like — what world are we living in?"
Well doctor, I’ll tell what kind of world we’re living in. A world that you helped shut down completely for over a year, using panic and fake data to do so; a world where you told the people that masks were unnecessary, then they were necessary, but cotton masks would protect them, then told them that cotton masks were useless, except for school children, the group that is essentially safe from the disease, then that adults could stop wearing them, but not those school children, because teachers unions said so, as own on, all while there isn’t aa single legitimate study showing that masks of any type protect the wearer from getting or transmitting the virus, and literally dozens that prove that they don’t. Not to mention their spectacular, repeated failure to protect that old man in the White House.
A world where you told the people that two shots of your magic vaccine would protect them from getting infected by COVID or passing it on to someone else, then changing that to three shots, and then — “okay, we got this now — it’s four shots! That’s the number.” And then “well, five shots, maybe six, but trust us, that’s gonna do it.”
