There are still bidding wars going on, at least in Riverside

34 Jones Park Drive, listed at $2.150 million last week, is pending this week. This was the back lot of a three-lot subdivision in 1970, and don’t match the charm of the original homes on Jones Park, but neither the street itself after 50 years of “improvements”. But it’s still a quiet, dead-end street in a very convenient location, an easy walk to the train, Eastern Middle and Riverside School.

And the price, whatever that turns out to be, is what might be considered a bargain, for this neighborhood.
