Upper East Siders have purchased 56 Calhoun Drive for the symmetrical sum of $5.6 million. It started at $5.9, which is close enough. The broker has already yanked the listing and its pictures, but before it did, it admitted that the house hadn’t been updated since 1991, so perhaps this sudden erasure was due to embarrassment, rather than for security reasons.
