Different market, different results

9 Deluca Drive, Cos Cob, was purchased in April, 2020, for $1.110 on a list price of $1.189 after it had been on the market for 49 days. Now a relocation company has it, and put it back up for sale August 18 at $1.450 million. Gone in seven days, and probably for above-ask.

The COVID market was just beginning to stir in May 2020, so this owner bought at just the right time.
