/17 Sherwood Avenue (off Riversville). $2.575 million on an asking price of $2.8. These owners made out: they paid $1.680 in 2013, but pity the poor buyers before them, who paid $3.150 in, of course, 2007. The buyers have n international zip code, which could be Germany or South America, apparently.
200 Old Mill Road, or “Boulders North”, finally sold and for a premium, too: $5.8 on an asking price of $5495. A premium over its last asking price, yes, but it’s been on the market since 2016, when the owner began at $6.730 million. They in turn had paid $6.3 million for the place in 2006. Its builder had put it up for sale in 2004 at $7.250, so they probably thought they were getting a bargain. They were wrong.

74 Rock Maple, off Stanwich, $5.650 paid on an asking price of $5.795. You’re on your own finding details, because all pictures have already been yanked, even from the GMLS. How annoying. Basically, a 1997 clunker.
7 Grace Street, Old Greenwich, south of the Village. $3,171,000 paid, $2.850 million asked. It seems that $1,000 a foot is the new going rate for many houses these days, and that’s for renovated homes, not new ones.
