But no price cut here

562 North Street is on the broker open house tour today, still clinging to the price it debuted at 71 days ago, $3.395 million. I get that, in years past, bringing a house on the market June 28th, as this one was, pretty much assured that you’d missed the spring market and would have to wait through the summer doldrums before buyers came back out. But these past two years have been different, and though no one has asked me, and surely won’t, I’d think that 70+ days has been enough to test a price and conclude that the market has rejected it.

But that’s just me.
