11 Wesskum Wood Road, $2.195 million, is under contract after just a few days on the market. The owners paid $1.405 for it in 2018 on an asking price of $1.6; the buyers this time won’t be as fortunate.

Wesskum Wood is a very nice street and neighborhood, so it’s not surprising that this went so quickly. What’s a little surprising, to me, is that $2.195 million doesn’t surprise me at all — it seems about right, in fact.
