17 Fairfield Avenue, over by Electrolux, has sold for its full asking price of $2 million. It was listed on December 5th and had a fully executed contract 8 days later. Given the lag time between an accepted offer and preparation of contracts, this deal was probably accomplished in just a day or two.

1978 construction, within an easy walking distance t o the train, the Village, and the school so its location’s appeal, if not the house itself, is obvious.
