A mini-price war on Rogues Hill

92 Round Hill Road was listed in September for $1.750 and immediately drew multiple bids, one of which was accepted, and it’s been pending since. It closed yesterday for $1.7650.
It’s a nice, 1954 cottage, which I would ordinarily expect to be razed and forgotten within weeks, but the buyers have a Naples, Florida, zip code, so maybe they’re former Greenwichites looking for a place to visit with friends a few times a year.
Which, of course, is pure speculation; I’d put my money on the house being replaced.
