Building lot in Riverside
/33 Breezemont Avenue took a “price adjustment” — laymen would call it a price cut — of 9% today, from $2.195 million to $1.995. Listing agent Jan Millgan, as is her wont, has invented a name for the wreck, but despite her claim that the home has been loved nd cherished” for generations, it appears that that cherishing ended decades ago (when a listing offers no photographs of the interior, that’s a hint).
That said, it is on 0.52 of an acre in the R-12 zone, and although this end of Breeemont is a little too close to I-95 for my taste, the street/neighborhood is a good one.
And credit to Jan, who is a highly experience and successful agent, for not letting that first price linger.
