3 Hekma Road, which was listed at $17.5 million in 2020, has sold for $11 million. Construction of this house began back in 2008, and the Ruskie who built it tried selling it then, before completion, for $14 million — that effort ended in 2009. It came back in 2014-2015 at $13.8, and then bobbed to the surface again in 2020, with the result as reported today.

We won’t have ol’ Hekma to kick around anymore, at least for now. Sad.
