The sellers paid $895,000 in 2020 – it had started off at $980 in 2019 — expanded it from 1,7766 feet to a claimed 4,322 sq ft, although how they got around the maximum FAR allowance of 3,136 sq.ft. puzzles me, unless they’re including the unfinished basement, and did a complete remodeling of this 1948 original Havemeyer cape.
