The (now former) owners of 73 Dearfield Drive paid $2 million for it in August ‘22, put it back up for sale last month at $2.295, had a contract in 6 days and sold it today for $2.370 million. Even after deducting transaction costs they came out ahead.

The property’s had a checkered price history in the past, which reflects the vagaries of our real estate market from 2005 until today.
