They didn't ask for my advice, so I'll just make an observation instead
/After 51 days on the market, 30 Burning Tree Road has taken a token price reduction from $3.6 million to $3.5. There’s practically no inventory now, so buyers are grabbing everything out there except overpriced listings. If a house hasn’t received an acceptable offer after one, or at most, two weeks, it’s overpriced by a large margin, and a 2.8% adjustment is unlikely to do anything to correct the situation.
The previous owners of this house made a similar mistake in 2015, pricing it at $3.295 million before finally selling it to these owners a year later for $2.650; don’t let this happen to you.
