Compass's Mark Pruner shows how (I think) it should be done

352 Stanwich Road hit the market on October 6th at $2.950 million but hasn’t drawn any acceptable offers, so listing agent Mark Pruner has been cutting that price rather than letting the house linger. I don’t know what the “right” price is (and, so far, neither does Mark, apparently), but the way to discover that magic number is to do what he’s doing, rather than stubbornly insist that the price is right and the market is wrong.

This is not some profound, secret insight I’m sharing, yet it’s astonishing how many owners refuse to believe it.
