Not a prayer

210 Bible Street, Cos Cob, has dropped its price to $1.795 from June’s ask of $2.1 million. I’m just having fun with the street name in this headline, but owners of this 1988 construction do seem to be a little too optimistic when it comes time to price and list their home. For instance, the previous owners also originally asked $2.1 million, in June, 2009, before finally selling it to these people for $1.440 in 2010. Will history repeat itself? Stay tuned.
