I’ve toured it several times over the years, and it’s a gracious, old — 1911 — home whose appeal is diminished by its unfortunate location on a narrow strip of land that’s bordered by the very busy, and noisy, lower Lake Avenue. Previous owners have encountered difficulty surmounting that obstacle, and ended up selling for less than they’d originally hoped for, as shown below.
