Price cut off Sherwood Avenue, but ...

24 Nutmeg Drive has cut its price to $2.995 million from its original $3.3 million. It’s a pleasant house, but I was curious to see what justified its price hike of almost $1 million from the previous listing that expired back in May, 2021: $2.374 million. At first, I was impressed by the lengthy list of improvements listed, but checking that 2020-21 listing, I see that those improvements were all made back a million dollars ago.
