Riverside sale price reported

24 Palmer Terrace, pending since November 17th, has sold for $2.250 million, just bit under its $2.3 million asking price. Not as nice a house, perhaps, as some of those that have recently sold at a comparable price in NoPo, but this location is far better, and Palmer Terrace, off Summit Road, is a small, quiet dead end. I would personally choose this house, here, than a newer, larger one north of the Post Road.

But buyers’ preferences can and do differ, and, so far, it’s still a free country.
