The owners of 21 Marshall Street bought it for $895,000 in 2020, gutted it while also, essentially, building a new house behind it, and put it back up for sale in October for $2.495 million; they closed yesterday at $2.825.

Assuming the builder had already included a tidy profit for his labors at $2.495, that extra $330,000 makes for a nice Christmas bonus.
