Question: what happens when, after being invited to stay in a house, the “guests” decide to remain after their host asks them to leave? Will they have the same rights against eviction that other tenants have (no lease is required, so long as permission to move in was granted)? Bring in a Somali and enjoy his visit for the next five years as you battle to get him out?
