Another terrorist goes down, thanks to Merrick Garland and his storm troopers

Los Angeles-based actor Siaka Massaquoi was arrested Thursday night at a Los Angeles airport on four misdemeanor charges related to his peaceful participation in protests in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021. Massaquoi and his pregnant wife were returning from Nashville, where they attended the premiere of the Daily Wire's new film "Ladyballers." 

Massaquoi, who ran for the California State Assembly in 2022, currently serves as the first vice-chair of the Republican Party of Los Angeles County. He is also a RedState columnist.

Although the charges (trespassing, parading, and disorderly conduct) are misdemeanors, FBI agents took Siaka to jail, where he was kept overnight until being released on a $1,000 OR [personal recognizance , I believe — ED] bond at the end of the day Friday. 

Here’s the history:

January 6, 20121: Massaquoi briefly entered the Capitol Building and then left.

June 21, 2021: A 20-man FBI SWAT Team raided Massaquoi’s home, terrorized his children and trashed his house; they left with nothing, and took no further action. No charges were filed.

November 30, 2023: the FBI arrested Massaquoi at the Los Angeles airport and dragged him off to jail, where he was held overnight, charged with three misdemeanors the next day, and released.

The Stasi knows exactly where Massaquoi lives; — after all, it raided his residence back in 2021 — and the identity of his lawyer, who represented Massaquoi in his suit against the government for that home invasion. It could have delivered a summons to ether party, ordering Massaquoi to appear in court and be served with a misdemeanor summons, yet it deliberately chose to arrest him in public hold him in jail overnight, and bring him to court in shackles late the next afternoon,where he was released on a mere promise to appear. This was, as has been the arrest of other high-profile Trump supporters, nothing but an attempt to terrorize potential dissidents among the hoi polloi; every member of the DOJ who participates in or even tolerates this ongoing assault on liberty is no better than the Nazi soldiers or Soviet Union secret police were: “I was just following orders” didn’t excuse evil thugs then, nor does it now.
