36 Andrews Farms Road, priced at $9.875 million, reports a contract. It began at $12.250 million in May of last year, then was rented out @$50,000 in August, and now has found a buyer.

The owners bought it new for $8.325 in 2009, which was a relative bargain compared to its builders initial ask earlier that year of $12.750 but mind you, that first price afforded many of us realtors a hearty chuckle: 2009 was not a year for bringing wildly overpriced construction to the market.
