Foreclosure purchase on Doubling, now back on the market

The new owners/sellers of 45 Doubling Road paid Citibank $1.4 million for the property in 2018, fixed it up a little while living in it, and have listed it today for $2.3 million. It’s on an acre of land in a good location with some very expensive ($5 milion +) homes around it, so it might well be more attractive to a builder than an end-user.
