UPDATE. Not-Yet-Birthday-Girl EOS has sent along a story I’d somehow missed: Nuclear Animal Control Officer Sam Brinton was featured in Italian edition of Vanity Fair in 2022 wearing dresses he’d stolen from Houston-based,Tanzanian dress designer Aya Khamsim’s luggage after she’d flown to Washington D.C. in 2018, and apparently wearing them ever since.
