He’s hot property indeed.

A sexy Greenwich Sotheby’s realtor has gone viral on TikTok, amassing more than 40,000 fans on the social media app — many of whom have no interest in what he’s selling.

The Greenwich-based beauty, known only as “Big Joey” online, frequently shares videos that show him strutting through the luxe listings he has up for sale.

And while some of the dwellings are certainly jaw-dropping, it’s Joe himself that many find to be the most enticing attraction.

In one clip posted on Monday, the property maven can be seen showing off a lavish, 22,000 sq. ft. Havemeyer Lane mansion as Snoop Dogg’s “Sensual Seduction” plays in the background.

“So how much is the car again?” an amorous admirer quipped, claiming she hadn’t been paying any attention to the property.

Other titillated TikTokkers described Big Joey as a “god” and a “genuine hunka-hunka — wow!”

One woman even claimed there’d be no way her “chubby hubby” would allow her to look at Barbieri’s listings, given his incredible looks.

Meanwhile, another amorous admirer outrightly asked: “Do you come with any of the homes? You’re gorgeous.”

Reached for comment, some of Barbieri’s competitors were indignant. “It’s, pure, unfair competition, period,” fumed Compass’s Mark Pruner, while his brother Russ seemed even angrier: “How are we supposed to compete with that?” he demanded furiously. “I mean, at the GAR Speedo competition last summer at the Point, we lined up side-by-side, and we couldn’t even get the bar waitress to check us out — she just kept cuddling up to Joe, offering him fresh martinis and her phone number. Sheesh.”

Hooligan & Lawyers realtor Gideon Fountain was more sanguine. “I can hold my own”, he declared confidently, causing our reporter to leave before he could prove it.
