For some inexplicable reason, but possibly because potential buyers misinterpreted “won’t last” to mean that the house, like that of Roderick Usher’s, would fall down, the property failed to sell in 2021-22, so it’s back now, marked down to $4.995, and without the caution about longevity, but still touting that battleship-type steel.

What, you may ask, is “battleship steel?”. I know I did, and all I could find was this, so I’m still puzzled why it’s considered a selling point:
