Round Hill sale price reported

530 Round Hill Road, a 1937 home still retaining 14 acres of its fields and meadows, has sold for $5.7 million. It started at $7.495 million last April, but there it is.

We reported on this when it was first listed, and tracked its price cuts and eventual contract, but basically, a nice house, and a nostalgic reminder of when the backcountry was horse country.
