Stanwich sale

311 Stanwich Road has closed at $5 million. January contract. Its August ‘22 starting price was $5.895, but the sellers paid $4.425 for it when it was new in 2016, and they don’t appear to have put in a whole lot of money into improvements, so it looks like they made out all right.
