Another condominium unit at 89 River Road in Cos Cob has sold, this time No. 306, for $1.8 million. The listing agent has managed to disappear the history for these units, but when I first wrote about them, skeptically, in 2021, they’d hit the market at prices ranging from $2.550 to $2.995. I believe 306 was one of the most expensive ones.
