Thank god for NYC's 10021 East Siders — we might never sell another bad house without them

1 Butternut Hollow Road has sold for $4.3 million; the owners have been trying to get someone to take it off their hands since 2015. Built on the remnants of a 1957 house in 2005, it was put up for sale that year at $5.898 million and met with universal disdain and rejection until 2010 (!) when these sellers bought it for $3.7. They renovated it (sic), mostly by replacing the whore house flocked wallpaper with something just as tasteless, and put it back on the waters in 2015 at $4.8.

Numerous attempts to sell it over the years since, interspersed with a couple of rentals, and voila: a buyer finally appeared. There’s someone for everything, eventually.

I’m still experimenting with Chatbot, and here’s its effort (with a few details added by this writer, just for fun*). I notice that the Chatbot’s favorite descriptive term “a gourmet kitchen that is a chef’s dream” is still with us, as it has been with every other house we’ve asked its help with.
