Here's a curious listing

Bank-owned 20 Innis Lane came on as a new listing this morning priced at $1,529,000. That might be a good price, although it’s failed to sell at various prices ranging from $1.975 to $1.4 since 2018, but here’s the curious part: although the listing runs from 3/28/23-6/23/23, it states that “Highest and Best due On or before 1:00 PM MST 3/28/2023”. No pictures, no tours, but at least, since the bank’s using Mountain Standard Time and not Eastern Daylight Savings Time, you still have a couple of hours to get your bid in.

Either this is a typo, or the fix is in.
