17 chapel lane — the kits were brought in by rail to the riverside train station and brought up to chapel for assembly
17 Chapel Lane, Riverside, was listed at $1.299 — cheap, in my opinion — and just closed today for $1,527,760. I’m hoping the new owners are planning to keep it, because it’s one of the few Sears kit houses left on Chapel, and they add a lot to the street’s charm.
