I don't think so

6 Clark Street, Old Greenwich, has dropped its price from $3.350 million to $3.2. Agent-owned and listed (I used another firm to link to because I couldn’t find the owner’s on the Internet) the place was built in 1932 and remains pretty much untouched, at least as seen in the highly-unprofessional photos, which themselves are reminiscent of real estate photography of the 1970s. You never know what today’s market will produce, but this seems like an awfully high price for a teardown in a still-modest neighborhood.
