60 Cutler Road, 4 acres and a teardown has sold for $1.525 million. On the market since last June, the seller found a buyer from Newtown. I won’t say that a builder can’t make a profit out here, but divine intervention is never guaranteed, and a lot of builders, usually from upstate or Westchester County, have come to grief on this road and Bedford.
