New Listing on Mountain Wood

25 Mountain Wood Drive, $7.125 million. A 1995 house, the listing states that it “was completely rebuilt in 2008”, and, perhaps unusually for a real estate listing, that’s entirely accurate: a scan of the applicable tax yard show a very substantial mortgage taken out in that year, surely intended to fund a major construction project.
