And this is finally, almost gone

Tommy Hilfiger’s former home (and still owned by the former Mrs. Tommy Hifilger) at 591 Riversville Road is reported as pending. It began at $30 million in 2019, and, while hiking that price up to $40 million in 2021 didn’t work out as I’m sure the owner had hoped, its last price of $17.995 seems to have done the trick.

Funny how that works.
