/4 Windrose Way, $6.750 million, 15 days on market. Two acres in the R-2 zone, and “direct waterfront” if you consider a walk down to a sliver of cove water “direct”, which I suppose it is.
The owners paid $6.575 for this property in 2005. Mead Point’s one of the very few areas in town that can command that kind of pricing, back then or now, and I can easily understand why.
