There were 41 single-family residential closings reported during this period according to figures provided by The Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, Inc., the multiple listing service used by REALTORS® in the Greenwich area.

The number of single-family residential closings decreased compared to April 2022 when there were 62 closings. The median sale price for a single-family home increased to $2,495,000 from the median sales price in April 2022, which was $2,153,500.

The average days on the market (DOM) for residential homes was 74 days; which was a decrease from 110 days in April 2022.

There were 15 condo/co-op residential closings reported during this time period; which was an increase from April 2022 when there were 19 closings. 

The median sale price for a condo/co-op decreased to $825,000 from the median sales price in April 2022, which was $900,000. 

The average days on the market (DOM) for condo/co-op residential homes was 27; which was a decrease from 69 days in April 2022.

April 2023 had forty-one closings with a median sales price of $2,495,000; an increase of fifteen percent, from the median sales price in April 2022, which was $2,153,500. Greenwich was the sector in town with the most closings, ending April with twenty-four sales and a median sales price of $3,550,000. Condo/Co-Op sales had fifteen closings in April 2023 with a median sales price of $825,000. The Dollar Volume for Single Family homes, April 2023 is $127,855,500.
