40 Butler Street has shaved 12% off its opening price of $2.799 million and you can now live next to I-95 for just $2.475. I wasn’t wild about this new listing when I posted on it last month, but at the time, I was mainly dissatisfied with its architecture — I’m guessing that buyers were more focused on its price, and didn’t like what they saw.
