11 Vineyard Lane’s owners withdrew its listing on March 28, 2022, when it was priced at $7.995 and no one wanted it. It has now, it’s promised, there’s been “a full house renovation, top to bottom” and is back on at $9.995 million.
I toured the house in 2003 or so, before any renovations had been done, and then in 2004-2005, after a major restoration project had been completed. I thought it was fabulous either way.
Here’s a video showing what it looked like in 2022, pre-“top to bottom renovation”; you can decide for yourself whether you see $2 million in improvements. They certainly didn’t ruin it, so that’s good.
