April bidding war, June closing. 2 Marks Road, $2.395 million ask, and $2.495 sold. I’ve watched some very strange additions be tacked onto this 1890 home over the decades, but obviously, they weren’t objectionable to at least two buyers, and probably more; a good seller’s market will do that for a house.
