New construction at 20 MacKenzie Glen has been sold to a Brooklyn family (11222 Zip) for $6.450 million. The land, with a teardown perched atop it, had been for sale for many years before the foreclosure process worked its way through the courts and this builder was able to buy it at auction in January 2022 for $1,417,500.
