38 Forest Avenue, purchased for $2.125 million in August ‘22 (asking price was $1.950), was refurbished by the buyers and put back on the market last month for $2.499 million. It has sold for $2.550, affording a nifty profit for the sellers.
It’s still an Arthur Collins house.
