Coming to Alpine

20 Alpine Road. $4.250 million. The previous owners encountered difficulty selling this property: they started at $4.350 in April 2016 and ended up selling to the current owners for $3.2 million in September 2018. But those weren’t the best years for selling real estate, and there have been some improvements made to the house since, so the results now should prove better.

There are no pictures posted yet on the current listing — check the link later — so here are a few from the 2016-2018 listing; obviously, they don’t reflect the changes/improvements made in 2021. So why am I including them now? Because there is absolutely no other real estate news today, and this blog is ostensibly focused on Greenwich real estate — live with it.
