A record price on North Stone Bridge, I believe

When 66 N Stone Bridge Road came on the market last April at $3.295 million I expressed some doubt that it would fetch that much. It didn't: it closed yesterday at $2.950, but that’s still astonishing, to me. The buyers should hope that the street rapidly catches up with this pioneering price, or they’ll be stuck with the most expensive house, by far, on the street.
