7 Castle Court, off Jeffrey, off Stanwich, has sold for $2.1 million. It appears to directly abut Pinetum Park, or at least, there’s an easy walk to it. The sellers paid $1.9 for the house in 2007, so that’s not encouraging for other homeowners on the street.

Buyers are from California — Coronado — so they probably consider a 1961 house an antique, and perhaps it is.
