Apparently, I wasn't the only one to like this house

When 58 Shore Road came on the market August 14th I wrote that I’d buy it in a heartbeat. Listing agent Steve Archino told Gideon today that “contracts are out”. 19 showings the day of the open house, 15 showings the second day, 8 showings the third day, and on the Sunday public open house 40 groups signed in.

So much for the “dead” summer market, at least this year.
