44 Orchard Drive, Millbrook, $4.175 million got, $3.495 ask. No interior pictures, which have been removed from the air, but here’s the listing description:
The house sold new for $2.950 million in 2004, but these sellers paid just $2.335 in 2019, after the gold rush.
Just off Milbank, downtown, 1 Anderson Road, new construction, fetched $5,010,040, a little better than the $4.995 that was being asked.
