12 Chieftans Road is reported pending, and depending on how close it’s getting to the asking price of $2.995 million, it may be fetching more than the $2.5 paid for it in 2020. If so, that may well be the first time in this development that a house has increased in value since the gated neighborhood, cheek by jowl with Westchester County Airport, was built in 1999.
